Using this portal: filters, saved shortlists and the free calculators

This portal is the public window onto the listings our agency markets. Everything here is readable without an account, and nothing you do here is sent to us unless you choose to send an enquiry. Finding a property. Use Buy or Rent in the menu, or the search bar on the home page. On the listings page you can filter by area, property type, minimum and maximum price, bedrooms, bathrooms, car park and minimum built-up or land size. Filters combine, so "3 bedrooms under RM1,500,000 in Gelugor" is one search. Saving what you like. Tap Save to shortlist on any property. Your shortlist is stored in your own browser, needs no account, and appears under Saved in the menu. Clearing your browser data clears it too. Checking the numbers. The Tools section carries twelve free calculators: mortgage instalments, loan qualification on a debt-service basis, stamp duty on the transfer and on the loan agreement, tenancy stamp duty, RPGT, legal fees, total cash needed, rental yield, agent commission, an indicative valuation and a unit converter. Each one shows the rate basis and the assessment year it uses. Reading the prices page. Prices and transactions shows asking prices by area, computed live from the listings we currently market, plus the deals our agency has actually completed. Asking prices are not transacted prices, and we label them separately for that reason. Language. Use BM in the menu for Bahasa Malaysia. The navigation and page labels switch; the listing descriptions stay in the language the agency wrote them in.
